ABOUT

Our story

Motorcycle Law Queensland was developed by lawyer and rider, Verity Smith.

Verity has been representing motorcycle riders for years, and knows that there is a lot more help to give.

"There's a lot of uncertainty and false information out there. People are getting themselves in trouble, and missing out on entitlements, simply because they don't know the rules.

I want Motorcycle Law Queensland to help riders understand the law, their rights, and where they stand."
